En general un lugar esplendido
The distribution of the area at the interior of the mini apartment, also the internet was excellent and the personnel very kind and friendly. Also the breakfast which was included.
Very comfortable little suite. I’m very grateful they were pet friendly. Also the location was very convenient, close to everything and easy access. It was situated in a safe area and the breakfast, the days we had it, was delicious.
How new and cozy it was, spaces where well thought and the bed was really nice. Breakfast was good, and it can definitely improve in the selection but for price-value it was a good option.
Great location near lots of restaurants and bars. Apartment style room was nice, comfortable bed and reasonable breakfast.
Bed is comfortable, bathroom with very hot water and good pressure. Breakfast a la carte is tasty and served in the room. Staff was very nice, helpful and polite. Kitchen in the room has everything for cooking. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom have amazing smell. Rooftop terrace is beautiful.
Breakfast is ok. It's not the best or worst that we've had but certainly adequate.

The Cleanliness of the place is excellent. I also felt very safe there. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate any request.
Nice, little clean Aparthotel. My family and I enjoyed the place and its the self catering facilities. The adults loved the complimentary coffee in the rooms and the kids the ready to make pop corn. The very professional manager went the extra mile to meet our requests. The staff was kind and proactive. The 4km drive to the city centre provide an insight on the city. The free, gated parking lot is just around the corner. I heartedly recommend the Herbal Inn Suites for any traveller who wants to enjoy Puebla being away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
